Does the HRM will be affected with the contemporary issues they are facing now?

As what I have read, the Human Resource Managers now are worried because one of the issues that they are facing now was the Technological advance on the workplace of the employees. The employees now will be dependent on the technology which their work setting was changing.

Yes, it's right. It's their only way to make their company still in a current status, they'll just adopt the advance of technology. The technology cannot do all the man's work.
