    My third jawbone rubber bracelet sent to me in August 2016 has snapped in two places (previous two were faulty). I have written four times ( since December 11th ) twice to their online stored and twice through email as there is no direct telephone contact support in the UK anymore and received no response. Appalling customer service and very frustrating as the product (up2 ) is stylish and has generally functioned well apart from faults. SPEAK TO ME JAWBONE!!!! 😬
