Jawbone UP2 Issues
Hey everyone! I'm new and am having some serious issues!
I bought my mom a Jawbone UP2 for Christmas but it didn't work. It only registered and showed on her iPhone while the band was on the charger.
I thought it was just a random fault so I got ahold of the company I bought it from and they sent me another one free of charge.

Got the second band. SAME THING!
It even had a firmware update and everything.
The band wouldn't light up unless it was charging.
So I called the company once again and they sent a THIRD one to me. I got it today and it's doing the same thing.
I've looked online, I've tried calling Jawbone and that is a joke. There was zero help. The phone number was a dead line. Then turned into a "we are busy" and hangs up on me. Even an online question has been useless. It's been since Christmas and no response.
So here I am, on the forums seeking someone with more knowledge then me.
If anyone can help me I would appreciate that a lot!
