I bought a Sumsung S4 model GT-9515 in Saudi Arabia which was desinged to work only in Middle East & South Africa region (without noticing it, I sent to Sri Lanka to my brother who has tried to unlock it by installing SuperSu and done his best but nothing worked.

He send me back the phone and given to sumsung service center who told the warrantee is void due to the activities on it.

Now this mobile is not recognizing Saudi SIM (Mobily) even and it says the 'SIM is not registered'

I deleted the superuser.apk system file (root file) and thru the same software I did Full root and the SuperSu has gone. But still the proble is there.

I need to bring this phone to a original factory level. Please help.

I would try our sister site Android Central, their Samsung S4 section can be found HERE.
